July 31, 2026 — REDMI has officially announced the K100 Pro series, confirming a launch event for August 11th. The company has released the first official images, revealing a design that closely matches earlier leaks.

The new series promises “full-blooded performance” and a “fully-equipped gaming experience,” with comprehensive upgrades to the screen, camera, and battery life.

Key Specifications and Features

• Design: The official renders show a flat display with a centered punch-hole camera and a flat, metallic frame. The flagship color is a deep red, similar to the rumored “Cherry Red” for the iPhone 18 Pro series, with a matching colored frame. The back features a large camera matrix, with a dedicated BOSE-certified speaker on the right side to create a 2.1-channel audio system, a feature expected to be exclusive to the Pro Max model.
• Processor: The entire K100 series will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. This is a strategic choice to manage costs amidst fluctuating chip and memory prices, allowing REDMI to maintain its competitive pricing. The Pro model has already appeared on Geekbench, scoring 3429 in single-core and 10461 in multi-core tests.
• Display: Both models will feature a flat screen with a 185Hz ultra-high refresh rate.
